Daylight Savings Time has Changed

Due to Federal law, the period for Daylight Savings Time (DST) has changed. This could cause your system to incorrectly change the system clock. Warranty

ScottCare is so confident about the performance and reliability of its products, it can offer the best warranty in the business. All products are covered by a comprehensive warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers all charges, including materials and labor, for repair or replacement of all ScottCare provided components during the warranty period. Upon expiration of the warranty, a variety extended warranty plans are available including various combinations of parts, labor and travel. ScottCare will even train and support hospital biomedical departments who want to repair their own equipment.

TelePort Remote Diagnostics

TelePort remote diagnostics links you and your equipment directly to ScottCare’s highly trained service and applications personnel to keep your program running smoothly. Using remote diagnostics, ScottCare can often fix the problem immediately and avoid an on site service call. As a result, you can focus on patient care, not equipment.

Online Training

ScottCare’s training is available to customers via the Internet 24/7. The training doesn’t go away when the trainer leaves your site.

Customer service and training are complimentary features that ScottCare offers to all customers. In addition to free phone support, we now provide online training and conference call training for the Advantage system. With these new features, we provide continuous training for all Advantage users, at your convenience.

Advantage Training Videos

Advantage users can now receive additional training through our web site. Advantage on-line training videos give an audio/visual presentation of the Advantage software. Videos are a great way to provide additional training for existing staff as well as introductory training for new employees.

Customers can log-in here to get started or to train co-workers in the case of transition. Please contact ScottCare customer service to acquire a username and password.

Conference Call Training

All sessions are tailored for Advantage users, but Platinum and Gold users may attend training sessions to view the latest features available in the Advantage System. The one-hour training sessions include 30 minutes for questions and answers.

Please make reservations through ScottCare customer service. You will receive an email to confirm the date and time and any preparatory instructions. Customers must have Internet access to attend training sessions.
