Outcomes

TeleRehab Advantage is the only monitoring system that automates the generation of comprehensive outcomes data. All required patient information and detailed session information is automatically transferred from the monitoring program to Outcomes, without the time consuming task of re-entering any data.

TeleRehab Outcomes incorporates all information, data and reports required for the AACVPR Certification and Recertification process, as well as additional metrics and quality of life measurement tools.

Single Patient Outcomes

• Illustrates a patient’s progress from program start to finish
• Tracks resting and exercise data
• Collects and compares clinical, behavioral and health data at 6 and 12 months after program completion
• SF-36 and Ferrans & Powers Quality of Life Surveys

Group Outcomes

• Generates three reports – Physiological and Behavioral Analysis, Statistical Analysis and Certification Report
• Reports generated on a filtered population by any or all of the data resource items
• AACVPR Certification/Recertification Report

TeleRehab Outcomes allows user customization of outcomes measurement tools. Single patient outcomes will display up to five user defined numeric data items, and group outcomes provides the flexibility to select any one or a combination of pre-established criteria*, as well as the ability to define your own criteria to sort your patient population.

* Pre-established criteria include: Risk Factors, Diagnoses, Medications, Referring Physicians, Insurance Carriers, Program Participation/Compliance, Walk Test, Patient Personal Data (age, gender, race)
